OSCON has a history of great coverage of Ruby, Perl, and Java stuff. That's great, and I don't want it to go away, but it might be a little lopsided. Some stuff I'd love to see more of, that seems a little underrepresented in past OSCON's:
- Google Android
- GNOME
- Flex / ActionScript
- Virtualization
- Wordpress and Serendipity
- Drupal and Joomla
- operations stuff
- configuration management (puppet, cfengine)
- Web Usability stuff - eg Steve Krug
- Javascript libraries
Adding to the wish list...
- +1 on virtualization
- Multicore programming
- identi.ca/Laconica
More: Geospatial, ie mapping!
* +1 for geo
